Recipe for mini flapjack with cornflakes and rolled oats.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of golden syrup
80g corn flakes
50g flour
100g butter
60g oats
50g sugar
Directions
1. Melt the butter and syrup slowly in a pan.
2. Crush the cornflakes, and mix in the dried ingredients.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin.
3. Bake the flapjack at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
